By purchasing a ticket or registering for a GrindCon event, you agree to:
GrindCon reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate these Terms or engage in disruptive behavior.
We reserve the right to modify event dates, locations, speakers, programming, or formats at any time. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances within our control, we will work in good faith to issue refunds or transfer your ticket to a future event.
All content on this Site — including the GrindCon name, logos, photographs, videos, written content, and design elements — is owned by GrindCon or eXpozedTV and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
If you submit content to us (such as testimonials, photos, or messages), you grant GrindCon a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our events and marketing.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Beehiiv for newsletter signups, Posh or Eventbrite for ticketing). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Site and our events are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site, the accuracy of information, or the outcomes of attending our events. Attendance does not guarantee specific career, business, or networking outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrindCon and eXpozedTV are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at our events.
GrindCon is committed to providing a welcoming, harassment-free environment for all attendees regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, or background. Harassment, discrimination, or unwelcome behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Your continued use of the Site or attendance at events after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
